Kelly Mothershead Timmons

Kelly has been in Florida since 1970,  she has been in the Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco county areas all of her life!  She is very familiar with the vast growth in this area.  Kelly is active in the community in which she lives and is a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, The Pasco County Commission on the Status of Women and a member of the Rotary club of Holiday and Rotary International. Kelly holds a designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified Resort and second home specialist. Kelly also is a board member for several local charitable organizations within her community. Kelly was awarded distinguished service award for Volunteerism in 2019 from the Pinellas Realtor Organization/Central Pasco Area Realtors.
